November events

Driving around Texas is one of my favorite things to do, so I’m thrilled I am about to hit the road again and roam across my home state to do events for my new book, QUESO!: Regional Recipe for the World's Favorite Chile-Cheese Dip.

In the next couple of weeks, I’ll be visiting stores, festivals, and churches in order to eat and talk all things queso with y’all. If you want to follow along, updates will be posted on Facebook and on Instagram.

Here is my schedule and I look forward to seeing you!

Why are you going to Texas for a book signing tour when the people who mainly read your blog are homesick Texans in other states? Come to Nashville... tons of us homesick Texans here.

Hi Lisa. I'm thinking of giving your Queso book as a Christmas gift. Do you have any suggestions on accompaniments (tools, serving pieces, etc.) that the recipient might find useful when preparing your recipes. Thanks!

MIchelle--A pretty bowl, a small slow cooker, or even a dip and chip would be good for the queso book. For my others, a 10-inch cast-iron skillet would be great.
