The other day I was at a restaurant, and we ordered the nachos. When they arrived, I was shocked to see that they were a pile of chips with the toppings applied willy-nilly. Indeed, I assumed that since I had arrived back home that I would not encounter this abomination against classic Texas nachos ever again. Clearly, I was wrong.

Now, I’ve ranted about proper nachos before, so I won’t regale you with that once again. Though I do find it curious that so many . . .
