Pecan praline ice cream topping
When I lived in New York, I had a fellow homesick Texan friend who introduced me to the concept of pralines and ice cream. He would take the beloved Tex-Mex pecan candy, crumble a couple into pieces, then layer them into a bowl of vanilla ice cream. (Sometimes, he’d even add them on top of his morning yogurt, too.) It was an excellent combination that was buttery, nutty, and crunchy. I loved it
