Champurrado brownies

The other day, I saw on a Dallas food forum a request for places that serve champurrado. This is a Mexican beverage that combines hot Mexican chocolate with masa harina to create a thick and warm concoction. 

The replies were limited and it seemed the drink wasn’t readily available. This struck me as odd. When I lived in New York City, in the cooler months champurrado was ubiquitous at taquerias and taco trucks. Indeed, it was in Queens that I had my first cup.
