Chocolate smoothie
When I was growing up, there was a chocolate powdered drink known as an instant breakfast. You poured a packet into a glass, added milk or water, stirred, and then drank. Your first meal of the day was complete.
When I went to look at recipes to recreate this beverage, I was surprised to see that the main ingredient was sugar. No wonder you felt energetic after you consumed a glass! Though that also explains why this chocolate breakfast beverage wasn't a staple in my household.
