Hot dog tacos, Dallas style
One of my recent obsessions has been hot dogs. While I’m still acquiring the knowledge to make hot dog wieners from scratch (stay tuned...), I’ve still been researching this humble sausage, and surprisingly, it’s featured in many cuisines worldwide.
Another recent fascination of mine has been Scandinavia, primarily Norway. A friend who lived there often remarks on how slow and peaceful it is. Sometimes a more staid lifestyle has its charms.
While I figured that Norwegians ate lots of salmon and reindeer, apparently there’s an active hot-dog culture . . .
