When it comes to meatloaf, I’ve learned that there isn’t a bad one in the bunch. I reached this conclusion when I was recipe testing a variety of methods, and the biggest challenge was deciding which one was the best. It was truly difficult. Meatloaf is always good.

This is perhaps the main reason why it’s a long-time staple on many people’s dinner tables. It takes little effort to prepare and most of the time, the basic ingredients are in one’s pantry and refrigerator.
