West Texas corn dip
Last year, a group of dear friends and I took a road trip out to far West Texas. It’s a long drive from DFW, and our group made sure that we had plenty of provisions on hand.
There were seven of us, and we traveled in a van. Even with four rows and deep rear cargo space, with all the snacks and beverages my friends had purchased for the trip, it was a tight fit.
As we packed the car, it was like a game of strategy as we balanced every box, suitcase . . .
