When ordering breakfast tacos one morning in San Antonio, I noticed an option on the menu called carne de puerco. That translates to pork meat, and not quite sure what that particular pork dish entailed, I asked about it. The server told me that it was tender pieces of pork that were stewed in a red chile sauce. It sounded delicious, but since I had my heart set on the pork chop taco I decided to wait until next time I was there to order it.
