Roast lamb with jalapeño yogurt sauce
It’s said that Texans don’t usually eat lamb. This isn’t true, of course, as the first time I had lamb was in a small East Texas town. I was still in college and my boyfriend invited me to spend Easter with his family. After the service, we went to a restaurant on the town square, and there the waiter gave me a choice—lamb or ham.
